The article is titled "What Did We Learn from the Ebola Scare?" The story evaluates how the Ebola scare, which occurred in the United States in late 2014, has affected infection control. Ms. Segal comments on the circumstances of the scare, reactions by healthcare organizations and how the significant focus on implementing Ebola prevention practices may have come at the "expense of continuing with our regular infection control practices."
