Program Development

Infection prevention risk assessment for inpatient and outpatient facilities
Development of customized antimicrobial stewardship programs to meet facility needs, guidelines, standards, and regulatory requirements
Outbreak investigations including surgical site infections (SSIs) and multidrug resistant organisms (MDROs)
Survey & Compliance
ICCS prepares facilities for accreditation and CMS surveys and provides corrective action support when deficiencies arise.
Assistance with accreditation survey preparation and regulatory requirements including CMS, The Joint Commission, AAAHC, ACHC, QUAD A, and DNV

Sterile Processing & Reprocessing
ICCS provides hands-on guidance for sterile processing departments and medical device reprocessing programs.

Water management plan development in accordance with AAMI ST108 and facility-specific risk assessment
