Founded by Phenelle Segal, RN, CIC, FAPIC, ICCS has spent nearly four decades helping facilities build infection prevention programs that meet regulatory requirements and protect patients, staff, and visitors.

ICCS is led by Founder Phenelle Segal, RN, CIC, FAPIC, who has nearly 40 years of experience in infection prevention and control. Based in Florida, ICCS works with clients across the United States, combining hands-on clinical experience with current regulatory and accreditation standards.
Several members of the ICCS consulting team hold the Fellow of APIC (FAPIC) credential — a distinction APIC reserves for infection preventionists recognized as both advanced practitioners and leaders in the field.
